Q: How long does it take for my business cards to be designed and printed?
A: We usually allow 6 working days for design & print, and another day for delivery.
Q: Are all jobs archived for retrieval, and for how long?
A: All jobs are archived on a regular basis. While most jobs are kept for a minimum of 2 years, we recommend that if you intend on reprinting the job file at a later date, that our clients keep a copy for their own records. We supply a copy of all jobs free of charge on completion of the job, on request.
Q: What are your specs for clients supplying their own artwork?
A: For most print jobs, such as business cards, letterheads, with comps and brochures, the general rule is all artwork to be supplied as 300dpi CMYK PDF or EPS, with an additional 3mm on each side for bleed. IF you are unsure please contact Devision for full specifications as supplied artwork is the responsibility of the client.
