Q: How long does it take for my business cards to be designed and printed?
A: We usually allow 6 working days for design & print, and another day for delivery.

Q: Are all jobs archived for retrieval, and for how long?
A: All jobs are archived on a regular basis. While most jobs are kept for a minimum of 2 years, we recommend that if you intend on reprinting the job file at a later date, that our clients keep a copy for their own records. We supply a copy of all jobs free of charge on completion of the job, on request.

Q: Do you offer a 'spotter's fee' if I bring a client to you?
A: Yes, if we complete a job for a referred client, we will gladly pay a commission to you on payment of work.
