Whitsunday Accommodation website scores record sales with new website

Saturday, January 23rd, 2010

The recent redevelopment of the Whitsunday Apartments accommodation website by Devision only a few months ago has led to record sales for online accommodation bookings for Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands holiday apartments, resorts and a hotels, turning over six figure sales of confirmed online bookings in just a few weeks for it’s parent company, Australian Holiday Resorts..

Devision used a new self-developed technique of search engine optimisation to boost the website’s number of visitors by a mind-boggling 2000% in just 8 weeks, leading to a surge of Whitsunday accommodation bookings and advertising revenue through the Whitsunday Apartments website.

This is a pretty notable result, considering many online accommodation websites continue to mention that the accommodation market is slow, blaming the economic crisis.

Devision believe that with a well developed and professionally optimised website, you will find that the bookings are still there, and more than ever people are searching online for accommodation, as in the case of Whitsunday Apartments accommodation website.

The website is hosted with local Australian hosting company, Webcrowd Website Hosting, which provides free online visitor statistics and free fortnightly resubmission to all major search engines, helping to ensure the Whitsunday Apartments website remains ranking high on the search engines.

Devision are the experts in Sunshine Coast and Whitsunday holiday accommodation website development, search engine optimisation and tourism marketing.

The Importance of a Sitemap for your Website

Thursday, January 21st, 2010

The Importance of a Sitemap for your Website

So, you’ve had a great looking website designed, and hopefully your web developer has search engine optimised the website for the best possible results on the search engines. After all, what is the point in spending a pile of dollars on a nice looking site if no one can find it, right?

But sadly, while many websites have a lot of effort put into the look and functionality of the website, many website developers fail to finish it off with the essentials that play the most important role in ensuring you can be found easily on the search engines, and one of the most important (and often overlooking) is the HTML and XML Sitemaps.

There are a few types of sitemap:

HTML Sitemaps – This is usually just a link on the footer of every webpage that will point you to a page with all pages of the website listed, with links to these pages. The advantage of this is for people to find your pages easily, which is important especially in larger websites. It also plays a key role in helping search engines to trawl through your website quicker.

XML Sitemaps – The XML Sitemap cannot be seen through the main website through a browser, however hopefully your web developer or webmaster has created and uploaded this for your website as it is even more relevant than the standard HTML sitemap. The XML sitemap can be easily generated using specific software designed for this purpose.
Once the XML sitemap is created it should be uploaded to Google through their Google Webmaster Tools, which you will need to create an account for. You should also do the same for Bing Webmaster Center and Yahoo Siteexplorer for the best results on all the major search engines.

If you are making frequent changes to your website, or run an online shopping cart or directory, then it is important to ensure the sitemap is recreated every time these changes take place, and then your XML sitemap is resubmitted to Google, Bing and Yahoo to ensure your new pages or changes are updated.

At Devision Design, large websites have a special automatic Sitemap Generator added which allows the site owner or the team at Devision to simply push a button and the new HTML, XML and ROR Sitemaps be recreated and submitted to all the mentioned search engine Webmaster accounts, not only saving you a heap of time-consuming work, but also generating an immediate response from the search engines, so you can often see the new pages appear in the search engines in a matter of minutes.

So, if you are unsure about if your website had an XML Sitemap or an XML Sitemap generator, then I advise you to ask your web developer as you could be missing a lot of valuable visitors to your website through a poor search engine listing.

Let Google pay your Bills for You

Monday, January 18th, 2010

Wouldn’t it be great if you didn’t have to worry about your day-to-day bills you simply can’t avoid, such as electricity bills, groceries, phone bills etc….

Wouldn’t it be great if Google would put money in your bank account on a regular basis to put toward your next holiday, that something special you have been trying so hard to save for….

Imagine if Google would pay you money for doing almost nothing, which could cover all these bills to ease your financial pressures….

What if I told you this was all possible and you barely have to barely raise a sweat to earn it!

Now I know right now you are probably thinking this is starting to sound like a sales pitch to buy some incredibly expensive internet related package that you have no idea how to use.
Well, you are actually totally WRONG!!!

Ok..there may be some minor costs…around 0.30 cents a day – (No good investment is free!), and a little hard work on your behalf (we are talking a once-off in single digit hours)…

OK, starting to sound more interested?

I though so!

This easy money earner I am talking about is Google Adsense.

Google Adsense is a service provided by Google, which is totally free to join, allowing you to add their sponsored advertisements into any website, and when someone clicks on the banner ads you make money! Sounds very simple right? Well, it is!

The beauty of Google Adsense is that you can customize the colours, size, fonts and even select the target advertisements that reflect your own website, so they blend in perfectly to the surrounds of your website. As people are all ready on your website for a particular product or service, the advertisements generated will also reflect these, tempting people to click the advertisements.

Depending on how popular the product is and how much the advertiser is paying Google will depend on how much you get paid per click, and of course how many times the ads are clicked will determine your total income generated.

The best way to generate a good income from Google Adsense is to create a simple website that generates plenty of traffic, such as a small business or accommodation directory. (This is where the investment of the domain name and web hosting are required).

This doesn’t need to be a huge directory. In fact, the site only needs to be a single page, and keyworded correctly with the right content to obtain a good ranking on the search engines, and the visitors will flock to your website, with a very good chance that they will click on the Google Ads.

An even easier way, if you are familiar with Blogs, is to set up an interesting blog on a particular topic which attracts the interest of visitor traffic, and place the ads throughout your blog. A free service is Blogger, which allows you to easily create your own blog with no outlay of domain name or hosting costs. All it requires is for you to provide regular interesting content to your blog and as the readers start flocking to your blog, the Google Ads are clicked, and your income grows!

It really is that simple.

A word of advice…it will help greatly if you use the correct keywords throughout your blog, and have a general idea of how to promote your blog, such as using Twitter, Facebook and other blog directories. The more traffic you can push to your website the bigger the income you will make!

If you are planning on getting serious, search engine ranking and optimization software such as Web CEO will help to keep to find the best keywords, see your density of your website, and keep an eye on your competitors to help your overall performance skyrocket.

Good luck and start enjoying the freedom of extra money for doing nothing!
You gotta to love Google!!

Professional Business Marketing on a Small Budget

Sunday, September 13th, 2009

Starting up any new business can be tough at the best of times, and the current economic climate doesn’t make it any easier!

But don’t let all the doom and gloom you hear everyday stop you.

I would like to share some simple cost saving business marketing tips and services that our business, Devision, can provide that can have you looking as professional as the big guys, all for under $1000, including professional logo, business cards, letterheads and well ranking website!

Read on and I’ll tell you how!……

Branding & Logo Design – A few hundred dollars

We all know that one of the most important assets of any business is their brand and corporate identity. A professional eye catching and clever logo and brand is one of the key ingredients to any successful business, however a custom designed logo and corporate branding can usually cost big dollars.
But if you want a professional logo at a budget rate, many agencies such as Devision have a bank full of hundreds of unused logos created in the design process for other clients, which we offer at a discounted rate. Obviously it will not be a totally custom logo for your business, however many of the logos are generic enough that they can suit almost any type of business by simply changing a few colours, and you will save hundreds on the cost of your branding.

Business Card Printing – 1000 full colour for $50

Professional Business Cards are one of the next things on any new business list. They are the ‘first impression tool. for most businesses, so you don’t want some cheap laser-printed homemade business cards!
And with any new business you will want to hand out as many cards as possible to get your business name out there.
Devision offer 1000 full colour business cards for just $50!These are double sided (full colour front, greyscale/black reverse side) on a nice 300gsm artboard stock. There is a small charge if artwork or delivery is required, but you’ll agree it’s still very affordable!

Letterhead Printing – 500 full colour $170

Letterheads are the next thing you’ll be needing for your invoicing, promotional letters, etc. You can get started with 500 full colour professionally printed letterheads for as little as $170! And like most printing, the price per copy gets cheaper the more you have printed, saving you a packet!

Website – as little as a couple of hundred dollars

As I have mentioned in previous ramblings, your website is probably the single most important and most affordable marketing tool you can possibly have for your business. We receive around 85% of all new business directly through our website, and have clients all across the world that have found us online. The beauty of a website is you can start with a small website – a single page or a couple of pages for just a couple of hundred dollars, and in time build it up to suit your needs. With every website Devision design we professionally search engine optimise and submit it to the search engines using the latest techniques and SEO gear, so you’re not paying additional expenses later on to get on the search engines. In fact we are happy to coach you in SEO techniques so you can learn the secrets yourself and make sure you always stay ahead of your competitors!
Alternatively, for a few hundred dollars you can purchase a copy of Web CEO, the leading search engine optimisation software used by the professionals, and quickly learn to do it yourself.

Website Hosting - $7.95 a month

With your website you will also require a domain name and website hosting. Our partner company Webcrowd offer professional hosting plans for $7.95 a month, which are perfect for any small to medium professional business website, and you get the domain name of your choice (pending availability) for free!
The Webcrowd hosting includes unlimited email account, professional website statistics for your website, and you have full control via a Control Panel, allowing you to set up email accounts, add databases, etc as you need. And the best thing about Webcrowd is they are located in Australia so you get real local support!

So, add the services up that I have mentioned and you have no excuse not to get your business up and running in a few easy steps at a cost much cheaper than you probably thought. You have no excuses to get out there and beat the Economic Crisis Blues!

Business Marketing Tips to flourish in an Global Economic Crisis.

Monday, August 31st, 2009

We all hear people every day blaming the ‘global economic crisis’ for a decrease in business sales.

We hear them saying people just aren’t spending on services, or people are’t going on holidays, or people aren’t buying new products, etc etc.

I find the term ‘global marketing crisis‘ more of an excuse for business failure, than the truth.

If an economic crisis is truly the case then why are some of the major retail players such as Apple, JB Hi-Fi and others posting record profits in the past 2 quarters?

The answer is ‘simple’ – The employ simple marketing strategies!

By using simple, and often free, marketing tools and strategies you will blow off the excuse of a ‘global marketing crisis’ and your business will boom, no matter what the media is saying!

Here are a few handy tips to help:

1. USING THE WEB…

Your website is a great point of presence and reaches a wider audience than most other advertising and promotional mediums. And the best thing about it is that web hosting only costs around $95 a year. Thats value for global marketing!

Make sure all you website content is up to date and the site looks fresh and professional. People are more likely to deal with someone with a professional looking website. You wouldn’t paint your own signage, or build your own office building, so don’t build your own website! Get a professional!

Make sure you have the main basic contact details so people can contact you easily. Add a contact form to your website and collect additional information, such as how did they hear about you, would they like to join your mailing list, etc. This information can be used for future promotions.

Make sure your website is well search engine optimised. If you aren’t on the first page of Google you are out of the running. And believe it or not, a first page listing on Google is easily achievable if correctly optimized. If you’re not on that first page, go have a quiet talk to your web developer! SEO should be part of the standard service provided with any website. Without it, it is like buying a car without an engine…you won’t go far.

Embrace the many free Google Webmaster tools to promote your business, like the free Google Business listing, Google Analytics, Google Maps, Google Keyword Tool, Blogger, Google Trends, etc. Google have made it so easy to be found online, and they charge nothing!

Invest in SEO Tools such as WebCEO – It’s a great tool for reviewing your website’s SEO (and your competitiors, and fine tuning and submitting your website yourself. It really makes the difference.

Use online Social Networks such as Twitter, Facebook and Myspace to promote your business and services. Your listing on any of these also gets found easily on the search engines. Using Twitter alone, one of my businesses profitability has jumped 180% in the past 3 months. Free marketing works wonders!

Create and write a regular blog. Blogs such as WordPress and Blogger provide free software, and they get picked up on Google within minutes. They can also be lined directly to you Twitter account or LinkedIn accounts so your post automatically reaches an even larger crowd.

Submit your website to as many free directories online as possible. The more sites you are directly linked to the better your pagerank, and in turn the better your listing chances on the search engines. Plus you reach a much wider audience from people that use the directories.
For starters, you can add a free listing to our own directory, BusinessBrisbane.com. It currently ranks as one of the best directories in Brisbane and we don’t charge a cent to list! Go on..sign up! www.BusinessBrisbane.com (for Brisbane regional businesses only).

Employ email marketing tools, and send regular enewsletters to your customers. Many customers will usually send to a friend if it is interesting, so your potential customer base rapidly expands.

2. BRANDING…

Ensure your branding and advertising is professional. The use of an effective logo and brand elements such as a slogan can be a very simple yet powerful marketing tool. Look at McDonald’s for example..they probably don’t make the world’s best tasting burgers, but they are still the world’s largest hamburger seller! Their iconic logo and simple catchy adverts is the real success. If you don’t have a nice little logo, it is worth the small investment.

Ensure your branding remains consistent. Make sure your logo is always the same colour, your advertising templates remain consistent, and print work is always in tune.

3. SELF PROMOTION & NETWORKING…

People like to deal with people they know and trust. Find your local business networking clubs and sign up. Many invite you as a guest to your first meeting to get a feel for it. Within no time you will be meeting business referrals that will be needing your services!
Make you go to each meeting well equipped with the basic marketing tools including a few brochures and nice business cards. Spend the extra few dollars and go for the nice feeling matt celloglazed finish full colour business cards. You can usually purchase 1000 for around $140, which is a great first impression investment!

Building a Search Engine Friendly website

Building a Search Engine Friendly website

When it comes to building a website for your business there are many key factors you need to plan for first before developing your structure of the web site, including functionality, overall design and branding of the website, ease of use, loading time of the website, and much more. But the one thing many novice and even professional website designers fail on is the most critical aspect – search engine optimization. For those not familiar with search engine optimization (or ‘SEO’ for short), this is the part of your website that helps your site show up on the search engines when people type in either your business name, your products, services, etc, and in my views probably the most important aspect of any website, especially of you rely on your online presence to promote your business.

My own business, Devision, attracts around 85% of new business through the website. Forget Yellow Pages, forget PPC (Pay-Per-Click) marketing. Search Engine Optimization is king!

So if you’re planning on developing a new website either yourself or with a web design company, here are a few things you need to look at to create a search engine friendly website that will help your website to the top of the search engines:

Starting with a Good Domain name:
Having the right domain name can play a big part in the success of your listing on the search engines. For instance if you were selling Gifts for women and targeting Australian women, then the domain name ‘womensgifts.com.au’ would most likely get you to the top spot on the search engines with a little additional keywording added to the website. The name is a good length, easy to remember and it has two of the most popular searched key phrases – ‘women’ and ‘gifts’. Simple!
But what if your business name is long, such as ‘Stephens & Jones Lawyers’. Obviously ‘Stephensandjoneslawyers.com.au’ or even ‘stephensandjones.com.au’ is a mouthful and way to long for any relevance. Now some would go down the path of ‘sjl.com.au’ which is ok, but then there are no keywords in the name, making it difficult for the search engines. So probably the best choice would be ‘sjlawers.com.au’ or even ‘australianlawyers.com.au’ if you are attracting the entire Australian market place. That way if someone searches for ‘australian lawyers’ you should get top listing!

To search for available domain names visit http://devision.domainnameshop.com.au and you can search just about every combination available.

Review Your Competitors:
Before planning your own website it is a good plan to know your competition and see what they are doing to get to the top spot of the search engines. There are a few great software packages available that provide all the information on your competitors, including their keyword relevance, who they are linked to, who is linked to them, where they rank on all search engines globally and even the number of visitors they are attracting. If you want to bump them off their search engine perch, this is the place to start! My favourite software package is WebCEO. This easy to use package is designed for both the amateur or professional and not only does all of the above, but will also help you fine tune your own site to achieve great results. Click here for a free download of the software to get started.

Plan the Navigation:
Planning your navigation and setting it up correctly is very important. The search engines trawl through the pages of your website, picking up on keywords you may have included in your page names, and the content on those pages. So having your main navigation just right is essential. For example, If you were selling womens gifts and had a page on skin care, then a good page name would be womens-skin-care-gifts.html, or skin-care-women.html. Fill that page with content about women’s skin care, link to a few products and you have a very search engine friendly page!

Make sure your main navigation at the top of the page always links to your own internal pages and NEVER to an outside party as this can totally crush your search engine ranking, which is the first concern. The other concern is if the external site you are linked to goes offline or shuts down, you are left with missing page links, and the search engines penalize you hard for this, often sending you spiraling to the bottom of the search engines, which can take months to regain! Now without wanting to target a particular site (and no intended offence to the owners of the website), I need to show you an example, so have a look at http://www.coolumbaywatch.com
Apart from the homepage browser description header being over saturated with ‘Coolum Baywatch Beachside Resort Coolum Beach Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia’ (which will probably lose them brownie points!) move over the main navigation and you will find that almost half the pages go directly to another website. So this means that if the other website was to ever go offline the main website hosting that navigation would half half their content missing. If the site were to disappear completely they would probably need to pay someone to create the new pages which could be costly if they don’t have the master design files. On top of that, the search engines really don’t have as much to work with from the main website, greatly reducing their keyword density, and in effect, lowering their changes of a good page listing for their own site, but probably increasing the other companies website. So always keep your navigation linked to your OWN pages!

Set up your Graphics Correctly:
It is important to name and ‘Alt Tag’ your graphics correctly to increase your search engine ranking. Going back to gifts, if you were to name a product image ‘womens-hand-soap.jpg’ and place it on a page names womens-soap-products.html will probably do very well for your website. On top of that, create an Alt Tag (the text that appears when you move over an image in your browser) with a small description such as ‘Soap gifts for women’. and this will work beautifully. Make sure your images always load fast, and try and star away from Flash navigation..either use text or graphic navigation as it can be tagged more successfully, not to mention much easier to update!

Internal Links:
To help the search engines list your website correctly under the right categories there is a simple way to give them a little hand. On your homepage (or internal pages as well) amongst the main body of text, simply add a few links to your other pages. But don’t just add any text to any page – If you have a page called womens-soap-products.html, then on your homepage make sure you have the words ‘womens soap products’ amongst the text in a sentence and link that to the page. That way when the search engines visit your website they can not only trawl through your website much faster, but also have instance keyword relevance and can identify exactly where you should be listed on their engines. As you add new products, add some text changes and link them. The search engines love sites that are regularly refreshed or updated. But remember not to overdue it! 8 or 9 links at the most per page is ample.

Write Search-Engine-Friendly Content:
As I partly mentioned above, writing good copy for your website is very important. Make sure the first and last paragraphs contain the important keywords that you would like to be found under. But don’t write it like you are repeating your keywords constantly. You want humans as well as search engines to read the website! Just casually slip a few of your keywords found from your WebCEO search tools into your website and then run the software and it will provide you with a report on whether your keyword density is just right.

Search Engine Friendly Keywording and Tagging your website:
Once you have all the navigation, text and images in place, you then need to do the final piece to a great search engine friendly website – Adding the keyword and description tags.
Now this sounds technical if you don’t know what they are, but basically it is the initial script that the search engines use to add your site to their directories, and it is the text description that appears when you do a search for something, so getting this just right is very important.
To see if your website is set up correctly go to your browser menu and look for ‘View Source Code’ and it will show you the HTML breakdown that the search engines see.

In the top area of your page (the head tag) you should see something like the following script:

seo-script.jpg

If you don’t see a script like this one above then chances are your web site is not yet search engine optimized. If you are are familiar with website design already you can add the script in your own web editing software, or alternatively WebCEO has the tools to do it for you.

Submit your Website:
And finally, you now submit your site. to submit your website to multiple search engines I reccommend using submission software, or you can go the slower process, but just as effective and go to the submission page of each search engines. For Google it is: www.google.com.au/addur

Once that is all done you can now sit back for a few weeks and wait and then watch the visitors (and sales) start rolling in to your website!

E-marketing on a Budget. We show you how to do it FREE!

Thursday, July 16th, 2009

The sure fire way to successful e-marketing in a recession.

E-marketing is one of the most cost effective ways to promote your business or services on a budget.

The advantages of emarketing over conventional promotional marketing material are huge -

• Cost effective – no need to purchase stamps, stationery/envelopes.
• Less time to prepare and send
• Successfully track reader response.
• Cross promote products
• Make extra money with affiliate marketing (which I will mention shortly!)

But before you decide to rushing toward your computer (although you are probably already there to read this!) and start planning your email to send, there are a few things you need to consider….

First up, DON’T ever send a mass email marketing campaign through Outlook or another email program! There are certain laws against spamming, and one of the main laws is that your email must be ‘permission’ based and must have an automatic Opt-out link, so the person is removed from your database immediately if requested. Outlook cannot do this. Furthermore, sending a bulk email out can clog your mailserver leading to your email being removed from the mailserver and nothing gets delivered.

There are a number of great online systems to send law-abiding email marketing to your clients, such as Vision6 or Constant Contact, both of which require very little internet related knowledge to send great looking emails allowing you to send and track the response. The only downside is that they charge you for sending bulk emails, and if you have a large group or send regularly, while still reasonably cheap, you do have to pay.

But if you already own your own website you can download a program called Pommo, which is a free professional email marketing system which you upload to your own web server, and set up in about 5 to 10 minutes. And there is no cost whatsoever!

If you don’t own your own hosting, then for a tiny sum of around $7.95 a month you can purchase a hosting plan from WebCrowd.com.au and we will install the software for you for nothing! This works out much cheaper than what you would be paying for the other systems mentioned, and Webcrowd also give you a free domain name and unlimited email accounts as part of the standard yearly hosting fee!

Now that you have your email system up and running, lets get down to business!….

You don’t need a degree in rocket science to know that to get people to read your enews it needs to be:

• Short and sweet – people will trash it instantly if they see a days worth of reading.
• Informative and interesting – Don’t just drone on about yourself or your products, include some interesting facts, some fun stuff, a thought of the day…add things people want to share with others..this is a great way to viral market yourself.
* Add incentives for signing up and reading your enews, like subscriber-only discounts or specials. This always works!

Now, how about if I was to tell you about a way you can make an income from e-marketing, with no products!?

No I am not joking, and yes, it is very easy…

Affiliate marketing is one of the easiest ways to make extra cash every day, even every hour. Investing a couple of hours a week on email marketing can very easily reward you with a full time income. I’ll share with you the basics of how it’s done once you have your hosting and email marketing system in place…

Step A - Find yourself a few affiliate marketing programs. They are free to join. My favourites are Clickbank, DGM Pro, Commission Monster and Commission Junction. There are also plenty of travel agencies, fashion labels and others offering affiliate programs to choose between. MAke sure it ties in with your enewsletter topic. The process is simple – You sign up, you pick the products you wish to promote and they provide you with a script that you cut and paste into your enews. When someone click on the product link and makes a purchase you are rewarded with a commission. This commission could be anywhere from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars. All you have to do is have that link in your email and attract them to click it and make a sale.

Step B – Join up with Google Adsense. Adsense is the other half of Google Adwords. The way Google Adwords works is people pay Google to promote their business or products, but for Google to get those ads out there they rely on affiliates that are willing to promote them, so they developed Adsense. Adsense lets you join up for free and you simply add the google code into your enewsletter and the Google script will automatically find ads that match your content of your enews. When someone click on the Google Ad while reading your enews you are rewarded. On average it doesn’t pay as well as Affiliate programs but you can easily make $10 or more on Adsense.

Step C – Work out a calendar to keep your marketing consistent and regular. Don’t send them too often or people will get annoyed, but don’t leave it too long either.

If you’d like to see how easy it really is to turn a few hours a week into an income, contact Devision and we will be happy to teach you the secrets to e-marketing success!

One Way and Reciprocal Link Building Explained

Friday, June 12th, 2009

Many of you have probably heard on using Link Building to improve your website’s rankings on the search engines, and in turn attract more visitors, but if not done correctly, One Way Link Building can also see your website drop dramatically from the search engines, or even worse, blacklisted!

So what is the correct method to achieving successful lasting results with One Way Link Building?

Firstly, lets explain a bit more about One Way Link Building, and how it works….
Link Popularity is one method that Google, Yahoo and other Search Engines use while evaluating pages.

I like to use my analogy of the ‘Popular Kid’ Theory…

If you are the new kid at school and you have no friends then obviously your popularity is O. You can excel at subjects, or attract attention in another way and your popularity will eventually but slowly rise. Or alternatively you can hang out with the popular kids and in turn you become popular more quickly.
But what if you hang out with popular kids that don’t have anything relative to you. For instance, if you like football, but they like surfing? Then your popularity might not be as good because you don’t have as much in common. And of course, if you have nothing in common at all, then you are wasting your time totally.

Page Rank works in a very similar fashion. If you build links to similar pages using reference tags that relate to that other linking page then your page rank will quickly increase. For instance if you have a hotel and you want to link to an already popular hotel accommodation directory then as you both have relative links and therefor your pagerank should increase dramatically. But if you have a hotel in New York and the hotel directory is all about Sydney Hotels then your pagerank may not do as well. And if you have a hotel in New York and you link to a car sales website then you are just probably doing yourself damage! You have no relative link.

There are two types of Link Building – Reciprocal Links and One Way Links. Reciprocal Linking is when you exchange links between websites, so a link for the other relative website is placed on your site, and vice-versa.
One Way Links are as it states..a one way link with no reciprocal link. One way links are difficult to acquire as many websites do not link linking back to avoid dropping their own established page rank, but once you have acquired them the long time benefits are fantastic. As I mentioned above, if they share similar topics to your website then they add real value on the search engines and you will gain a great long term pagerank and the visitors to your website will flock.

So how do you get these links? You can either go the slow process of scouring for websites that relate to yours and then send them an email or phone them up kindly requesting a link back. Many will want to charge you for the opportunity, and many will flatly reject you. Or you can use SEO Link Building Services, and for a small fee (usually monthly) they will use their professional software and find sites that offer One Way Linking and do all the work for you. The results are usually very good, and for the small price you might pay, the long term benefits will outweigh!

If you are contemplating link popularity building , the best advice is think long term. Don’t rely on the traditional reciprocal links. They may give you link popularity for a short period of time but are not long lasting. On the contrary, the benefits you get from one way link building last for years and help improve your website’s ranking on search engines results.
Now, let’s see how one-way links are more beneficial than reciprocal links. It is true that both one way links and reciprocal links do a world of good to your website’s ranking on search engines. Link popularity is one of the criteria that Google and Yahoo use while evaluating web pages. Pages acquire link popularity depending on the pages that link to them. But if you use a number of reciprocal links, the popularity of your site may even be decreased. Though these links point back to your site, they may not be links which shares the same area of interest as yours. They may lead to sites which are quite different from yours in term of content.
One way links are difficult to acquire. But once you have them, you are guaranteed of lasting benefits. These are links that points back to site and they also lead to sites that share the same topical focus as yours. As such, they also add value to the users and search engines see this as an authentic and not an artificial way of building link popularity. Consult link building services providers to get one way linking sources.
Building links through this method also secures permanent results as website owners feels that their users can be benefited from your site’s content. Hence they don’t easily drop your link from their sites. So turn to one way links for link building.
